We specializes in developing and supporting expert World time zone clock software - Timezone expert, has been helping many users around the world.
Now we have an opportunity to help each registered user by e-mail. We answer any questions and give some recommendations on more sophisticated use of our products' features. Typically we answer messages in 24 hours, but depending on singularity and difficulty of your question it may take a bit longer.
Our Promises
- 1.Our products will go through unit testing,system testing on all platform we supported .And extensive beta testing involving dozens of external testers. We will not release our software until these testers tell us it's ready.
- 2.If serious bugs are reported in the current version of our software, we will not make you wait (and pay) for the next version to see them fixed. Fixing bugs in the current version will always take priority over the release of the next version.
- 3.We will build our software based on the needs of our customers. We maintain an online forum where we take feature requests, and when it comes time to work on the next version, we enable you to vote for which of these features you want to see.
