  • Which version of Windows are you using?
  • Which version of TimeZone Expert or prdesktop are you using?
  • To see which version of TimeZone Expert prdesktop you have, click Help and then choose About …on the help menu.

    If an error message was displayed, please include the complete text of the error message.
