Time zone overlap lets you easily calculate the working time overlap for people in different time zones.

To use this function

Click Popup menu, and then choose "Tools"-> "Timezone overlap hours"

We have a example to show you how to calculate working time overlap for time zone difference.

Example: You live in New York,your partner A live in London,your partner B live in Paris.You need to have a net meeting in your working time,from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.How to calculate the best time to have the meeting?

• Click "Start time " field and input 9:00AM.
• Click "End time " field and input 6:00PM.
• Click "Reference Date " field and choose today.
• Click "Timezone " dropdown list and choose "(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London"(London time zone),Click "Add" button.
• Click "Timezone " dropdown list and choose "(GMT+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris"(Paris time zone),Click "Add" button.
• Click "Timezone " dropdown list and choose "(GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)"(New York time zone),Click "Add" button.
• Click "Calculate" button. Then you will get the result
• The best time to have the meeting is from 2:00PM to 5:00PM(GMT London time), from 3:00PM to 6:00PM(GMT(+01:00) Paris time), from 9:00AM to 12:00PM(GMT(-05:00) New York time).
